Fenchurch Advisory Partners Merges with Broadhaven Capital

The merger bolsters Fenchurch’s footprint in the United States, a long-stated strategic objective for the firm. Broadhaven, founded in 2009, brings 40 professionals to the combined organization, with its senior leadership transitioning into partner roles at the enlarged firm. Gerard von Dohlen, co-founder of Broadhaven, will take a seat on the board of directors.

Financial terms for the transaction remain undisclosed. Backed by its strategic partner Natixis CIB, Fenchurch maintains a focus on insurance, asset management, and banking, having advised on 27 separate transactions last year. The combined firm will operate across London, New York, Chicago, and Paris, leveraging the expertise of 30 senior managing directors and managing directors to serve corporate and financial sponsor clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
